Mostbet’s bonus rules are published in its General Terms, and we read them on 21 August 2026 while the operator’s site was reachable. The most expensive rule on this page is not about bonuses at all: it applies to your own deposit, whether you take a bonus or not.
Before you can withdraw, the terms require you to bet your deposit through once. Miss that and the operator reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal or take up to 20% of it as an administrative fee. Roulette, baccarat and dice do not count towards it.
The one-time rollover on every deposit
This is the clause most reviews leave out, and it costs money. Quoted from the General Terms:
Prior to withdrawing, Clients need to complete a 1-time rollover of their deposits. […] In case a Client doesn’t meet the requirement of a 1-time rollover of their deposits, the Company reserves the right to reject withdrawal or charge the withdrawal request with up to an 20% administrative fee.
Deposit £100, change your mind, and ask for it back untouched, and the contract permits both a refusal and a £20 charge. There is no bonus involved in that scenario.

The exclusion of roulette and baccarat is worth reading twice. The terms describe them as “games with zero or near-zero mathematical expectation and the possibility of opposite bets” — that is, the games where a careful player loses the least. Those are precisely the games that do not move you towards being allowed to withdraw.
What the terms say about bonus wagering
- The multiplier is not fixed anywhere. “The Company independently selects and sets wagering requirements for its services.” Each offer carries its own, shown before you accept it.
- Bonus money is not your money. “Withdrawal of funds is possible only for the real cash balance, the bonus cash balance is lost when withdrawing.” Funds marked as bonus, or stuck in an aborted game round, cannot be withdrawn at all.
- Winnings from bonus funds can be capped. The maximum that can be won from a bonus “may be limited”, and the operator may impose maximum and minimum bet sizes while a bonus is active. Break those and the bet is cancelled.
- Free spins are the exception. Winnings from free spins go to the real money balance.
- Risk-free bets do not help. They “do not count toward wagering requirements”.
One bonus per household, not per person
The eligibility rule is unusually wide, and it catches ordinary situations:
Bonuses can be received once per Client account, household, address, mobile phone, shared computer and shared IP address.
Two flatmates on the same broadband line, or two family members in one house, are one bonus between them under this wording. A shared office connection is the same. Nothing in the terms explains how a second person is expected to prove independence.
The operator can change or remove a bonus
“The Company reserves the right to remove, add or change any bonus available on any Client’s account”, softened by “any active bonus will not be removed under normal circumstances” — with no definition of what makes circumstances abnormal.
Bonus abuse, also undefined, carries the heaviest penalty in the document: “the Company is entitled to cancel any winnings and close the account”.
Common questions
Does Mostbet have a welcome bonus for UK players?
We cannot show you one, and there is a reason beyond availability. Mostbet’s General Terms list the United Kingdom among the citizenships it does not accept, so the question of which welcome offer applies to a British citizen does not arise under the operator’s own contract. The bonus rules on this page are the general ones that govern every offer it does run.
What is the wagering requirement on a Mostbet bonus?
There is no single figure. The terms state that the operator sets wagering requirements itself, per offer, and shows them before you accept the bonus. Any review quoting one universal multiplier for Mostbet is quoting a specific promotion, on a specific date, in a specific market, without saying so.
Can I withdraw a deposit I have not played?
