The operator publishes its payment rules in full, and until 20 August we could not open them. We can now. Everything below is quoted from Mostbet’s own General Terms and its complaints and KYC policies, read on 21 August 2026. We have not deposited or withdrawn anything, so nothing here is a measurement.

Read this before the numbers

Mostbet’s own General Terms list the United Kingdom among the citizenships it does not accept. We are not telling you what to do with that, and we could not enforce anything if we tried. We are telling you it is in the contract you would be agreeing to, because it changes what the limits and fees below are worth to a British citizen.

The operator excludes UK citizens itself

This is not our inference. It is a list in the General Terms, in the section on who may not register. Quoted exactly:

Is a citizen of the following countries or jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Australia, Bahamas, Botswana, Cambodia, Cyprus, Curacao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Dutch West Indies, Statia, France, Germany, Guyana, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and All FATF Blacklisted countries, any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by regulatory authority.

The same section also refuses deposits made through banks or cards based in prohibited territories.

Where this actually bites

Not at sign-up. Nothing checks your citizenship when you register, and nothing checks it while you play. It surfaces at verification, and verification is mandatory before a first withdrawal: “The Company shall not process any withdrawal request until the Client identity is successfully verified.”

So the order of events for a British citizen is money in, play, then the question. What the contract gives the operator at that point is the right to close the account of a client it finds is in a country where using the site is illegal. What the contract does not say is what happens to the balance in that specific case. Forfeiture is written elsewhere, for cheating and bonus abuse, not for this. That gap is the operator’s, not ours, and we are not going to fill it with a guess in either direction.

Whose call it is

Yours. An adult can read a contract and decide to sign it, and that is not a decision this site makes for anyone. The operator takes the same position, in the same document:

It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure that he/she is compliant with the national and/or local laws before entering registration on Website or placing bets for that manner. The Company encourages its Clients to seek legal advice prior to registering or placing bets. Should a Client breach a national or local law, the Company does not hold any responsibility pertaining to any such matter.

Both sides of that sentence are worth reading. The responsibility is placed on you, and the operator states plainly that it accepts none. That is the arrangement. What we can do is make sure you know about the clause before you deposit rather than after you ask for your money back.

What the terms promise about withdrawals

Rule What the terms say
Minimum withdrawal EUR 20 or the equivalent
Under EUR 1,000 Usually up to 72 hours from the moment the request is accepted
Over EUR 1,000 Usually up to 7 working days
Daily cap EUR 5,000
Weekly cap EUR 15,000
Monthly cap EUR 50,000

Two things about that table are worth saying out loud. The timings are described by the operator itself as indicative, which means they are not a commitment. And the clock starts “from the moment the Company accepts the Client’s request”, not from the moment you press the button, so the part of the wait that happens before acceptance is not covered by either figure.

Winnings of EUR 2,000 or more are treated differently

The terms define anything at or above EUR 2,000 as “big winnings” and route it through an extra step:

Big winnings are credited to a Client’s account only after joint verification by the Company and its partners of the circumstances of the big winnings and confirmation from the partners of the Company that the big winnings were obtained in an honest way.

If the money is credited before that check finishes, the terms say it cannot be withdrawn until the check is complete, and that it will be debited again if the review finds the win unjustified. There is no stated deadline for this verification.

Note how the caps interact with it. A EUR 40,000 win clears the daily limit only in instalments of EUR 5,000, and the monthly ceiling of EUR 50,000 means a large balance is paid out over weeks by design, not by exception.

Who pays the fees

The customer does. From the General Terms:

The Clients independently pay payment system fees when depositing money to the Client’s account and withdrawing money from it. The Company may decide to reimburse fees borne by the Clients and/or a group of Clients. This decision is made by the Company independently and can be revised at any time.

Reimbursement is therefore a discretionary gesture, not a term you can rely on. A separate clause requires the customer to “pay basic bank fees for deposits and withdrawals” as well.

The dormant-account fee is the one to remember

If an account is classed as inactive while holding a positive balance, the terms allow a charge of EUR 50 per month, running until the account is used again or the balance reaches zero. The fee cannot exceed what is left in the account, which is another way of saying that a forgotten balance is eventually consumed entirely.

The conditions that decide whether you get paid

  • Verification comes first. “The Company shall not process any withdrawal request until the Client identity is successfully verified.” The KYC policy asks for a colour passport copy, a residence document, a utility bill on request, and confirmation of the phone number.
  • Same method in, same method out. “Withdrawals can only be made using the exact same payment method that the Client used to add funds.”
  • Methods depend on your market. Where the original method cannot be used, the operator may choose the payout method at its own discretion, or demand an alternative with proof of ownership that it alone judges sufficient.
  • The first payout may be forced into a bank wire. The terms reserve the right to release a first payment of winnings as a bank transfer specifically to complete verification checks.
  • Cards can be photographed on demand. The operator may request a photo of the bank card used to deposit.
  • No third-party money, in either direction. Accounts must be funded and paid out only through instruments in the customer’s own name.

Who actually moves the money

Not always the licensee. The General Terms name a second company:

In certain jurisdictions Bizbon N.V. is using VENSON LTD (a company registered and established under the Law of Cyprus, registration number: HE 352364, registered address: Stasinou 1, MITSI BUILDING 1, 1st Floor, Flat/Office 4, Plateia Eleftherias, 1060, Nicosia, Cyprus) as a payment agent.

The terms do not list which jurisdictions those are. It matters because the entity that holds the gambling licence and the entity that receives your card payment are then not the same company, and a chargeback or a dispute may involve a Cypriot payment agent rather than the Curaçao licensee.

If a payment goes wrong

Stage Stated timeframe
Acknowledgement from support Within 1 week (2 business days for responsible-gambling complaints)
Reply or solution Within 4 weeks (5 business days for responsible-gambling complaints)
Extension in “exceptional circumstances” A further 4 weeks
Escalation to ADR Only for claims of EUR 1,000 or more, within 6 months of the operator closing its review

That threshold is the part most readers will care about. A disputed withdrawal of EUR 300 does not qualify for independent review at all under these terms: the operator’s own decision is the end of the road. Above the threshold, the ADR’s outcome is binding on both sides, and the operator stops corresponding with the customer directly once a case is referred.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority is not a fallback for individual money disputes. The complaints policy says so itself: it “does not mediate in individual disputes between Clients and the Company”. And because there is no Great Britain licence, none of the British routes apply either: no Gambling Commission complaint, no UK-approved ADR, no GAMSTOP.

Common questions

How long does a Mostbet withdrawal take?

The terms say up to 72 hours for amounts under EUR 1,000 and up to 7 working days above it. Both are described by the operator as indicative rather than binding, and both are counted from the moment the company accepts the request, not from the moment you submit it. We have not timed a real withdrawal.

What is the minimum withdrawal at Mostbet?

EUR 20 or the equivalent in your account currency, according to the General Terms read on 21 August 2026.

Does Mostbet charge withdrawal fees?

Payment system fees are paid by the customer. The operator may reimburse them, but the terms make that a discretionary decision it can revise at any time. A separate clause has customers paying basic bank fees on both deposits and withdrawals, and an inactive account with money in it is charged EUR 50 a month until the balance runs out.

Why would a Mostbet withdrawal be refused?

The terms give several grounds. Identity verification has to be completed first. The withdrawal must use the same payment method as the deposit. The deposit must have been wagered through once, or the operator may reject the request or take up to 20% as an administrative fee. Winnings of EUR 2,000 or more wait on a separate verification with no stated deadline.

Can I withdraw to a different card than I deposited with?

Not normally. “Withdrawals can only be made using the exact same payment method that the Client used to add funds.” Where that is impossible, the operator chooses the method at its own discretion or asks for proof that an alternative belongs to you, and decides itself whether the proof is sufficient.

What we have not tested

Everything above is the operator’s own text. We have not opened an account, deposited, requested a withdrawal or timed one, so we publish no observed processing time, no fee actually charged and no verification duration. Our methodology keeps claimed and observed figures in separate columns for exactly this reason: one withdrawal would not be an average, and a quoted term is not a measurement.

One caveat travels with all of it. These pages were served to a request from Latvia on 21 August 2026; the same operator returned an empty response to our server in the United States the same day, and refused both with HTTP 451 five days earlier. A site that answers differently by country can also publish different terms by country, so treat the figures above as the terms shown to that request on that date, not as universal ones.

If you are reading this because a withdrawal has already been refused, the clauses above are the ones to check first, and the full review sets out what recourse exists and where it stops. If the money has stopped being the main problem, free 24-hour support and blocks that work on unlicensed sites are one page away.
