Corrections are published, not edited away. A dated record is only worth something if it can be checked against what it used to say, so when a finding on this site turns out to be wrong, the previous claim stays visible beside the new one.

What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster it gets resolved. None of it is mandatory.
- The page URL, and the sentence you are disputing — quoted, so there is no ambiguity about which one.
- What you believe the correct position is.
- A primary source, if you have one: a register entry, a clause in the operator’s terms, a screenshot with a date. Secondary reporting is welcome as a pointer but we will go to the underlying document before changing anything.

What counts as a correction
Two categories, treated differently on purpose.

A recheck that returns the same answer is not a correction either — it is a new dated observation, and it appears with its own date rather than replacing the old one. Where a recheck was attempted and the method failed, the earlier result stays on the page with its original date. The methodology sets out why.
What we record
Every material correction keeps four things: the claim as it was published, the claim as it now reads, the date of the change, and what caused it — a better source, a failed control, a reader’s report, or our own error.
Corrections published so far
One, on 21 August 2026, and it was ours. The site described its access checks as coming “from a UK-facing connection”. They came from a connection in Latvia. The distinction matters more here than it would almost anywhere else, because this operator’s answer depends on which country asks — so a wrong country label made every access observation on the site unreadable. It is on the log, above the finding it corrects, and the country of each request is now printed wherever an access result appears.
What this address cannot do
We are not the operator and have no relationship with it. We cannot see, freeze, close, unlock or recover anybody’s gambling account, we cannot chase a withdrawal, and we do not want copies of anybody’s identity documents — please do not send them.
