The most searched thing about this operator’s app is where to download it. This page does not have that link, and explains what we checked instead: whether an official listing exists, what the operator’s own contract says about the software, and what you are accepting if you install a file from a website.
No Mostbet app was listed in the United Kingdom App Store when we searched Apple’s public API on 16 August 2026, using a method that found a known licensee’s app on the same query. The only Android route the operator offers is a file from its own website, and that website has spent most of the last week refusing our requests.
The iOS check, and how to repeat it
We did not search the store by hand and trust our eyes. We queried Apple’s public search API against the gb storefront:
https://itunes.apple.com/search?term=mostbet&country=gb&entity=software
Four results came back, none of them Mostbet: the matches were Betway, bet365, Safari and an unrelated slots title. The same query against the us storefront also returned no Mostbet app.
The control matters more than the result. Searching bet365 against the same storefront returns the real thing — bet365 — Sports Betting by Hillside Technology Limited — so the method finds apps that are present. A nil result from a method proven to find things is a nil result, not a failed search.
We tried to repeat this on 17 August and Apple answered 403, to our query and to the bet365 control alike. A control that fails means the method failed, not that the answer changed, so this section keeps its 16 August date instead of pretending to be current.
Android, and what “download the APK” actually means
There is no Google Play listing to check in the way the App Store can be checked, and the operator’s own pages — the only route it offers for an Android build — returned HTTP 451 to our connection on 16, 17 and 23 August, with a short window open on the 21st.
So we have not seen the file, cannot tell you its version, its signature or its permissions, and will not link to a copy hosted by somebody else. What we can do is set out what installing one involves, because the search results promising the download rarely do.
- No store review. A file installed outside Google Play has passed no automated malware scan and no policy check.
- You must switch off a safety setting. Android requires you to allow installs from unknown sources for the app that delivers the file, and that permission outlives the installation.
- Updates arrive the same way. There is no store update channel, so each new version is another manual install, and each is another chance to fetch it from the wrong place.
- Copies are trivially altered. A repackaged build with added code looks identical to a user. Comparing signatures requires tools most people do not have.
What the contract says about the software
Three clauses from the General Terms are worth knowing before installing anything:
In order to use the services of the Company, the Client may be required to download and install software provided by third parties on the Client’s personal device.
The software is not necessarily the operator’s, and the terms note you may have to enter a separate agreement with the owner or licensor of it. Two contracts, one install.
The operator also does not warrant that the software works: it does “not guarantee that the software and Website do not and will not have any errors”, and responsibility for installing it compatibly with your device is yours. And automation is banned outright — using software, bots or AI that affects betting is grounds for confiscating funds.
Common questions
Is there a Mostbet app for iPhone in the UK?
Not in the United Kingdom App Store as of 16 August 2026. We queried Apple’s public search API against the GB storefront and got four results, none of them Mostbet, using a method that returns bet365’s app correctly when asked for it.
Where can I download the Mostbet APK?
We do not publish a link and would not host one. The operator distributes Android builds from its own site, which has been answering HTTP 451 to our requests on most days we checked. Any other source is a copy of unknown provenance, and a repackaged Android build is indistinguishable from the original to the person installing it.
Is the Mostbet app safe?
We have not examined a build, so we will not certify one either way. What is on the record: no UK App Store listing, no store review on the Android route, no publisher warranty that the software is error-free, and a term making the software potentially a third party’s with its own separate agreement.
Does Mostbet have a mobile site?
The operator’s site rendered as a normal responsive site to us on 21 August, so an app is not required to reach it where it is reachable at all. On most other days it returned 451 to our connection, which is a different problem and not one an app solves.
Why can’t you just link the download?
Because we would be vouching for a file we have never opened, distributed by a site we cannot consistently reach, for an operator whose own terms exclude British citizens. The point of this site is that every claim traces to something we checked. A download link would be the one thing on it that does not.
Where these checks came from
The App Store query ran on 16 August 2026; the operator’s site was checked on 16, 17, 21 and 23 August. Our connection exits in Latvia and our server sits in the United States, and the operator answers those two differently — on 21 August the first got the full site and the second an empty response. We have no vantage point inside Great Britain and do not claim one.
The licence position is on licence and safety; the payment and verification rules that apply whichever way you reach the site are on payments. The full review collects all of it, and the methodology explains why the App Store result keeps its 16 August date instead of being restated as current.
